What is A+ Membership?

Since 2004, Aminus3 has provided a space for photographers to connect around the world through their images. We offer a quality layout to showcase your photography and a great community of photographers to share with.

The Aminus3 basic membership provides an opportunity for trying out the service and sharing your daily images with the photography community.

To get the most out of Aminus3 and to support this great platform, we encourage you to subscribe to the Premium A+ Membership which includes an updated big image layout, enhanced copy protection, Google Analytics, and other additional features described on the A+ Membership Page.

How much does A+ Membership cost?

We have created three subscription tiers, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year of membership:

1 month - $5.95 (USD)
3 months - $15.00 (USD)
1 year - $45.00 (USD)

(All costs are listed in US Dollars.)

How do I pay for my A+ Membership?

In select countries, you can pay directly by Credit Card from the A+ Membership Page. Click the "Pay with Card" button at the top of
the A+ membership page. See this page for a list of supported countries on the Stripe Payment network.

If your country is not supported, you can still use PayPal. Follow the payment links from your A+ Membership page.

Do I have to be a PayPal Member?

If you live in or have a credit card from a Stripe supported country, you can pay directly by credit card. Payment buttons are located on the A+ Membership Page.

Otherwise, you must pay by PayPal and in some cases if "Pay as Guest" option is not available, you will have to create a PayPal account.

Can my PayPal email be different than my Aminus3 email?

Yes, there is no problem using a different email address when paying through PayPal. In fact, none of your personal details need to match - Aminus3 communicates with PayPal using a transaction identifier that is not dependent on your Aminus3 account details.

Is my credit card stored on Aminus3?

We do not handle any payment processing on Aminus3.com. All payment processing (i.e. entering your credit card details) is handled solely by our payment processors.

Is the payment transaction secure?

Yes, our payment processors use HTTPS (an HTTP interaction over an encrypted SSL connection) that encrypts all information sent to their service.

So where do I sign up?

On the A+ Membership page.

How can I tell if I have an active A+ Membership?

Your A+ Membership page shows your current A+ Membership status and your expiration date.

Help, I've paid but my account is not upgraded... what do I do?

First thing to try is to recycle your account. The easiest way to do this is to to change the template, base font, or title font of your site on your account settings page, save, then check your A+ Membership page to see if it's been updated.

If this does not correct the problem, contact us as soon as possible and we can assist you in tracking down the status of your payment.

What happens if my A+ Membership subscription expires?

If you do not renew your membership, at the end of your subscription period your account will return to its original status (basic Aminus3 account) and you will no longer have access to A+ Membership features. If you are using Google Analytics, you will be able to retain all of your collected data, however, no new data will be collected.

If you were using the big image layout, your larger images will remain on the server but will not display until you renew your A+ membership. If you uploaded higher quality images, these will still be displayed, but at a smaller image resolution.

If you have created more than 10 Remixes, you will not be able to create a new Remix until your remove the count to under 10 or renew your subscription. You also will no longer be able to add more than 45 images to a Remix. Note that all Remixes remain publicly visible, you will just not be able to add new ones if you have exceeded the limits.

You may extend your subscription at anytime before or after your subscription expires. Adding time to your current subscription is always accumulative so you do not have to wait until the last day before renewing your subscription.

Aminus3 does not offer automatic re-billing. Members are responsible for paying before their subscription ends to avoid losing their A+ Membership status. A reminder will display on your A+ Membership page starting 10 days before the subscription expires.

What if my country is not supported by the payment processor?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept payments from people living in a country outside of these supported countries.

Is it possible to have a refund?

Aminus3 does not provide refunds once you have purchased an A+ Membership subscription. All purchases are final.
